Each of our dishes is prepared the moment requested with home cooking methods which we believe are best able to enhance the flavours of the genuine products employed.

Pasta is always made by hand and rolling pin every Friday afternoon. Fresh and cured meats come from local and regularly inspected farms. The vegetables and fruit come mostly from our large gardens (over 3,000 square meters) and from our fruit orchard which are cared for with integrated protection programme methods with low environmental impact.
